The installation went flawlessly and the team arrived first thing in the am ready to go to work and they were efficient completing the 5 zone install in one day!

My forced air gas furnace was blowing cold air a couple weeks ago on the coldest single digit temperature days. These guys came out the same day and diagnosed the issue. They fixed it that day because they had the part in their truck. When they came in the house, they wore shoe booties. I appreciated that because we had just gotten snow and they didn't trek in the dirt/snow from their boots in my house.

They were professional and saved me a ton of money. I had a previous company come out before them and told me I had to replace my whole furnace and so they saved me a ton of money. Honest people with great customer service. Thanks American Air!

After our Central Air unit needed to be replaced, we were referred to American Air. From the communication with Rob with getting a quote, to Kathleen with her quick responses to my questions, to the prompt and great work that Alex and Jordan performed with the install. It was a great experience all around. I cannot recommend them enough!

Rob was professional, friendly and an honest guy. He took the time to explained how each system would be installed. He and his crew (Junior & Joe) were here the following week and they did a great job installing a Mitsubishi system for my 1st floor and Central AC for the upstairs. Rob took the time to come back a few days later to explain some of the features of the Mitsubishi system and see if I had and questions or concerns. I highly recommend American Air Inc. In fact my brother just contacted American Air Inc. for a quote.
