Degner Axelberg responded to our service call. He came out on a Sunday afternoon and repaired the issue within an hour. He applied his superior knowledge, thoroughly diagnosed the issue, and repaired the issue super fast. He was very personable and friendly and we will definitely use them in the future! This company saved me $7,000. I had two service technicians come out from my home warranty company and they both claimed that my system had a "catastrophic failure" and needed to be replaced for $7,000. When I called Jacksonville Heating Contractors, they sent out a technician in less than 24 hours and they fixed the problem for $115 total. As a first time homeowner, I've experienced a good amount of companies that come out and try to screw me over, probably thinking I'm an easy target because I'm in my late 20s and new to home ownership. Jacksonville Heating Contractors sent out Jeff Owens and he was a straightforward, no-BS, friendly guy who diagnosed the problem and got it fixed on the same day.
I really appreciate this company for looking out for me and not giving me the round around trying to upsell me on stuff I don't need. Jeff Owens saved me seven grand and I couldn't be thankful enough, if you need a great technician then I highly recommend asking for him specifically!

We had a Mitsubishi mini split installed in our garage, new condensing unit and air purifier. Very professional, kept everything neat, clean and protected. Explained the installation, how everything would work and answered all questions. Do call and have someone from their fine business to look at all your HVAC needs.

I would like to sincerely thank both Jenna at Service and their Tech Jeffrey for doing such a stand out job. My 86 year old mother's HVAC Blower Motor went on the fritz at the worst possible time. It was freezing outside. Jeffrey came the same day on service call, look at the problem and gave some couple options. I don't know how they did it, but they were able to get us a replacement motor the very same day at half the price others had been quoting us.

Mr. Kevin Harvey's crew installed a heating and ac system for my 83 year old grandmother. We used a particular funding source that required the company to follow a strict guideline and timeline to get the job done. Mr. Harvey was VERY accommodating with everything that was asked of him. He has the patience of a saint. The guys that were sent out to do the job were very professional and took care of business in a timely manner.
The systems were installed in Aug. (on a 35 year old home) and Mr. Harvey even came back out to double check on the heating system to ensure everything was working fine once it was time to use it. Thank you Mr. Harvey for your patience, sticking with us through all the red tape we were required to follow, and for providing great customer service!
