Cannot say enough positive things about Grayer. Incredibly knowledgeable, informative and experienced. He installed my thermostat and came back after I caused malfunction while pairing to the phone app. He took time to explain different heating and cooling systems (such as heat pumps and furnaces). To boot, he was polite, respectful, and patient. What more can you ask for? My mom also met him and bragged on him for days. Mrs. Phyllis in the office was helpful too. Go ahead and give them a call for your HVAC needs! We will.
