Down East heating and air conditioning charged me 895.00 for replacing an evacuation valve that was only 2 years old. Part was under warranty but labor for the 3 hours was about 300.00 dollars and hour. No way should this be even close to what I feel is a reasonable charge. They were responsive and fixed within a day but they installed system in new house and seems they should back the equipment that they service. I will not call them again and will never recommend them to anyone that I hear needs hvac service.

Jason and Kenny have been so nice to work with on the repairs of my old unit to the installment of my new unit. I highly recommend this company, are rental management put in a work order and they came out the same day. Cody was very nice and did not mind my crazy son at all, he was quick on fixing are ac. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They got here quick and same day, which you don't get with a lot of these companies. Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system repair
