Our "vintage" hot water baseboard heater had started to make noise over the winter, but suddenly it was to the point of it sounding like the pipes were going to explode. Kelly took in the call and patiently listened and set up the appointment. Julian arrived on time and examined our system carefully and then explained as he pointed out what the failed parts were causing and how it could be fixed.
He gave us the price, called another technician (Kevin) to assist and within no time the heater was silent while running! No trying to upsell us on a new heating unit. The receipt was sent electronically almost immediately. It's been over a month now, and it's still nice and warm and silent! I'm glad to have Itak in my phone contacts for when our "vintage" air conditioner will undoubtedly need to be repaired. And thanks for the follow-up call to make sure everything was still good!

Reviews don't lie! These guys are great! After using the same company to service our oil burning heaters, we were turned away for maintenance so we called Itak. They were out to us the next day. The service was second to none and so thorough. Paul went above and beyond to resolve our issue, saving us a ton of money and keeping our repair invoice so reasonable, I am blown away. Super nice people who answered my numerous annoying questions so patiently. Great job Itak!

I was so pleased with the service provided by the team at ITAK. I had an air conditioning system installed and everyone from the office (taking calls) to the gentleman who measured for a quote, to the installation team and then tech help to learn how to use the system were very polite, well informed, professional and attentive. From quote to install was done well and timely, thank you. I would highly recommend ITAK to anyone with heating and cooling needs.

Have used this company for a few different things and have been very happy with their service. We have a 25 year plus a/c unit they were able to keep alive for the summer which is a miracle. I have recently used them for Heating maintenance. Always on time and very professional. We joined the comfort club and so far it has been great and def worth the money.
