Four-point heating and cooling they have a lot of people working for them they're on trained and not fit to work for that business he should be driving it may be a garbage truck because they're not very smart they came out to my house they looked at the docs and he said everything was fine I got black dust coming out they never told me to get a cleaned or what to do or what it was if everything was fine until I'm breathing in harmful product bad product bad ashes and dust buyer beware

Came over in 5 min on a holiday weekend. Reasonable fee under $200 to fix our boiler. Which we had tried to fix prior to the tech coming over. Saved the day and restore the heat!

Like the way you gave yourself 5 stars Scott. That said according to BBB you listed your business incorporated 02/3/2014, started 08/11/1965 sounds like same business to me. Might want to correct your NEW company information. Still not happy with you response BTW system Four Point installed broken again.

We had Four Point instal a whole house humidifier for us. I could make this review 4 pages long with how completely satisfied I was from quote to fInal walk through but I'll just say it was great. The installation was tricky because I wanted it a certain way and the boys said no problem. It is right where I needed it (space being a premium) and they went the extra mile to accommodate me. They answered all my questions and explained everything to me in great detail.
They cleaned up so good you would never know they were there. They were very thorough and knowledgeable. They were fast - quote at 4pm Monday, install 8:30 am Tuesday. The price was very reasonable and I am glad to know I just found a new HVAC company.
