I don't normally post reviews, but William is the best. He came out a few times after we thought it was fixed and have now fixed it after a good bit of wire tracing. I called Pernell to check my HVAC system to ensure peak performance as we approach summer. Chris showed up on time. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He cleaned my unit and had to add some freon. He even took measurements to save them in their files to ensure my system is working properly in the future. I don't know of any other company that takes these extra steps for the customers benefit. I recommend Call Pernell for all your HVAC needs!
