I woke up this morning to a warm bedroom. It was before 7, thermostat, the a/c was out. It is Saturday and is going to get to 92 degrees, real feel 103. I have used True Service for years. They have always been reliable and fair. I left a message on their after hours voicemail before 645 am. Got a returned call within 30 minutes. They put us on a technician's schedule. Said they were busy might be late afternoon. Riggs called and told me he was on his way and arrived around noon.

He discovered a mouse had shorted out our capacitor. He fixed it in less than an hour. So happy that I don't have to sleep in an 85 degree house tonight. Great service, has been for years and continues to be top notch.

We had the guy come and check our ac and he replaced the capacitor, didn't check inside if the air was working. Less than a month later the ac is out again.seems to be the same problem? Maybe. Called the company and they said they'd have a guy out but then the owner called and said too bad so sad no one can come until tomorrow after 10. I don't even know what the guy did the first time because my wife was here.but everytime someone has come for ac they always come inside and check the temp that is blowing out the vents afterward.except this guy. This is a call back repair and they obviously really don't care except for new business. That's what it appears to me. Tell me I'm wrong.

I have used this family owned business for 17 years and they are so honest, will try hard to work you in, solved many problems over the years including putting in a dehumidifier for crawlspace and a new ac unit upstairs. I have been at whitts end many times and they have helped me through all of it. So honest and such quality! I live in a rental home and one of your technicians (the back of his shirt said Bryant) was sent to take a look at our unit. There was no air flow at all. Though he was unable to completely fix the issue because he needed authorization from the rental company, he was able to get the AC part of the system running! My review, however, has little to do with his service but more to do with his amazing attitude.

He was extremely kind and understanding. His kindness was so notable, that I felt the need to write this. He listened to me and never once made me feel like just another customer. He was kind to my children and was patient with me while I wrangled then. He probably didn't know it, but he made a stressful situation less stressful. For that, I thank you all and will definitely recommend should anyone need your services.

Was referred to them by a friend who has been using True Service for a while now for a rather emergency based question. We moved into a new construction home and our AC unit has had a number of major issues with it. When we couldn't get the warranty holder or the builder to assist, I called Matt and he helped me find a temporary work around until the warranty holder and builder decided to finally assist us.

Even had Matt come out for a system check just to have a second set of eyes on everything. We were originally going to use one of the other larger companies for future HVAC maintenance, but are going to go with True Service instead once our warranty is up based on the personal style of service.
