Brian was fantastic. He was able to come out for an emergency the same day we called on a Sunday! Our AC had died and after talking to him on the phone, he felt confident about what was wrong and had the replacement part on his truck. Thanks to him we got the AC working so we could finally cool off our 91° house (not exaggerating) within 15 minutes of him being there. So thankful for his knowledge, competence and professionalism.

My A/C went down last night on a brutally hot day, so there is no question that Metro was busy. Called @ 7AM the next day, and by 10AM my A/C was up and running. Chris took good care of me, and was willing to text with me instead of calling because I was on a conference call. They just earned themselves another long term customer. Highly recommend Metro Air Heating & Cooling.

Exceptional service & communication! Justin came out and fixed our furnace after another tech from a different company misdiagnosed the problem & didn't fix it. Not only was Justin extremely knowledgeable, he also took the time to explain to us thoroughly what the problem was & fixed it easily. Metro Air definitely has my business! These folks are always very friendly, and happy to answer questions. Our furnace recently conked out, and from the beginning of the process with the first service technician I spoke with, to our estimator, to the guys who did the install, I give them all an A+. They've never let us down in the 17 years that we've done business with them, and they will continue to be the company that we call for any of our future HVAC needs.

12/15/2021: Still a happy Metro Air Heating & Cooling customer, this is the only HVAC company I will use, in April/May this year I had new furnace and AC unit installed, both excellent. Today I had Chris come out and make a small adjustment so my water softener lid could open more freely. I called this morning and they were onsite within an hour, issue resolved quickly. A+ service still! A year ago: I'm a happy repeat customer of Metro Air Heating & Cooling.
Not only are their technicians competent, but they're honest which is just as important. Today Nick performed an AC tuneup, he was professional and took the time to explain how things work. I know eventually I'll need a new AC system but for now Metro keeps me going until I've budgeted for the replacement. A+ service!
