For years the Streitz crew has done an excellent job of maintaining our HVAC system. When our older furnace failed this spring, they quickly fixed the problem and then applied the repair cost to purchasing a new system. Dan patiently answered our questions about the repair and purchase. The furnace installation went smoothly so the house remained comfortable. They also went to extra efforts to locate and install a compatible AC unit before a sudden heat wave.
