Good communication, friendly, and wildly overpriced. Almost $900 for a draft inducer and another $400 for a control board less than two weeks later that they should have caught on the first visit. Charged for multiple visits anyway. Will not use again.

At first, just the fan broke upstairs. They came and said that motor mounts were rusted out. They had a adapter to fix, but in the mean time the compressor failed in the downstairs unit. We decided to redo both 40 year old patched up systems. I also got a neat little split system for the recreation room so I didn't have to be as cold as my wife likes it. These are honest hard-working people that use the best equipment they know about, and they enjoy their work.
