I received a courtesy call from the office and Hector arrived just when they said he would. He donned his protective booties & got right to work. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very meticulous in cleaning my tankless hot water heater and methodical in its repair. I'm so happy he got it up and working again in a short period of time! He was excellent!

Really helpful and quick to respond when we had no heat. Both guys were super nice and professional. I appreciated that they broke down the issue, what was needed to fix the issue, and what were other things I should look at for near term, but didn't need right now.
