I was so happy that the technician, Barry, repaired the flex vent that was pulled out and was forcing heat into the garage instead of the family room up above. Marie, the service coordinator, was so helpful in getting me the help I needed as quickly as she possibly could. It turned out that she found a spot within a few days, which was amazing! I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing any heating or cooling or vent help.

We've had Preferred Air Systems out to our home on several occasions, most recent to repair our Phase III Water Heater. With a busy household going without hot water for an hour can be brutal. We were quite pleased with the timely response. The service teams are always knowledgeable, polite and do a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

Preferred Air recently installed a hot water-based radiant heat floor system in our master bathroom. The bulk of the work was performed in the basement ceiling on the bathroom's subflooring -- including running the hot water circulating tubes and adding a new zone off the boiler. They did a very professional job -- on time and on budget. The system works just as it should.
