Critical: Professionalism They flooded my house. They did not do the drain work correctly. Now I have to have to pay to have it redone. They used to be prompt and polite. Now they are rude, and have unreal wait times. I don't recommend A D Archambault. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

We had a little plumbing crisis in the middle of installing a toilet which meant we needed to shut off the water to the entire house. Called on a Monday, set an appointment for next day, but they moved me up to Monday afternoon. They came and fixed the problem in no time. Fair price, great service. will absolutely use again, maybe next time will be for a planned service, not to bail me out in a pinch ha

I've been working with AD for over four years and have done hundreds of jobs with them, mostly residential plumbing/heating and a few large scale, high profile jobs that required a high level of professionalism. I've never been disappointed. They have completed HW boiler and steam boiler replacements for me, furnace replacements, hot water heater replacements, mini-split installations and numerous plumbing repair jobs, some in difficult and challenging situations. They've completed over 300 jobs since 2017 for me and my agency including a large number of Energy Star rated jobs. 24 hour emergency service but only if you have an account with them. Licensed plumbers and gas fitters. Very dependable and great at problem solving unique heating scenarios.
