Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness They never called or showed up for the appointment Spoke to customer service and she said would check on it and never returned our call. Called the next day and was told that she would find out what happened and we never got a call back!

We own a cabin in Antrim. AGS has been instrumental in keeping that cabin working. They have helped in is many way related to seasonal opening and closing, offered great advice, and helped us with systems aside from HVAC. The office answers the phone (a miracle today), and the Techs, usually Jason, are all highly skilled, and very upbeat. When I told Jason about a looming issue by cell phone, he said, "I'm on my way and I'm gonna make it work. Don't worry." Over many visits AGS has ALWAYS been on time, and the tech calls when he is on the way. Without exception, the price is always fair and well worth every penny.

Responsive and thorough for plumbing job for extra laundry/bathroom. Excellent customer service for a plumbing job, picked up phone, called to confirm appointment, called 15 minutes out that morning. Incredibly responsive, which is a hard thing to do when busy, but they were. They knew what to do and got to work! Would recommend for plumbing services!

We used to use AGS when we bought our house 30 yrs ago. I think the old timers that knew furnaces retired. Past 5 years their service has been extremely disappointing. We switched to using 603 Oil Burner Service out of Hopkinson, NH. http://603obs.com 603 494-0494

Saturday night call for gas leak at home. Technician arrived quickly, repaired the leak, and was friendly and knowledgeable. Also advised me on how to repair a broken circulator pump. Very professional.

The water stopped late Friday afternoon. I am clueless about plumbing, and I apparently have a semi complicated setup with a filter and a radon mitigation system. The man at AGS was patient and walked me through to a really easy solution. Saved me lots of grief and money. Thank you AGS
