Had them scheduled for an annual cleaning but once we realized the second floor wasn't getting heat they were able to move us up and get it fixed, even on New Year's eve. Service: HVAC system maintenance

I've used Jordan's for ten years for routine service. Recently my 22 year boiler began to leak. Bill recommended replacing the bookle sooner than longer. I reached out to three different local companies for a quote. I was shocked how unprofessional some people were (50 minutes late, never showed, never called back, insane prices). I called Jordan's to schedule the replacement and let them know my water was not that warn. They came to my house and replaced the boiler the next day! Very professional, clean and the boiler looks and works as it should.

Called for regular service and was met with a very pleasant experience, which is all too rare these days. The service was executed in a timely manner at a fair rate and the employees involved (on the phone and in person) were very professional. Highly recommended!
