Scheduled an AC person to come twice. Both times they didn't show within 4 hour window. Unreliable. Don't waste your time.

I called Air Tro and spoke to schedule regular quarterly maintenance. The service fee was $112, I advised that service is bow $168. No notice, no heads up. My parents have been customers for years and to not give them a heads up on the price increase is completely unprofessional. I have advised Air Tro that I will be taking my business elsewhere.

5 stars for our consultant Peter J, our new two-stage condenser, and the crew who installed our new furnace into the attic. Peter was very thorough and responsive and the Air-Tro crew worked efficiently and was very communicative during the whole removal/disposal/installation process! That being said, I cannot stand the iComfort Lennox app which lets me control our air and heat. The app works a small fraction of the time, otherwise, it gives me a "Unable to Display Current Temperature" error message and will not connect. Extremely frustrating, I wish we could use another app. Either way, Air Tro was great, but hopefully they're able to switch to something that uses a better app.

Purchased a home with ac unit that was not working. Called Jorge, made an appointment to have my ac checked. Jorge was on time and fixed my ac. Now it works and is blowing ice cold. Happy we went with him saved us from a big headache!
