Called multiple places on a Sunday to help fix my AC during a heat wave in LA. Orion was the only company willing to come same day. Yuri showed up on time was very cordial and efficient. Explained everything upfront without pressuring me to do anything more than needed. Gave me all my options and pricing upfront. He did a clean job and had our AC running in no time. My furnace stopped working. Orion was able to dispatch a service technician the next day (Saturday). The technician was a wonderful guy. Friendly, helpful. He showed up on time, fixed the problem. I was assigned Orion by my home warranty company. I admit that I was leery because I haven't have a lot of luck with the vendors that they've sent out. They were the second company to come out to check my AC. The first one made up some crazy reason for failure. But Orion turned out to be great! Scheduling with the office was easy, and the tech Egor was very nice, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He diagnosed my problem correctly and I was able to get it fixed.

Orion HVAC installed a new Carrier central ac and Heating system for my 4 bedroom 4 bathroom townhouse. The office called me for an ETA prior to arrival, the technicians Tim and Leo arrived on time. The office was very responsive. The A/C technician was thorough and knowledgeable. Although the problem was not resolved the first day, the technician came back 3 days later and was able to get the A/C back working. He worked hard in the heat inside and out for 3 hours the first day and 3 hours the next time, he cleaned and worked through all the components to figure out the issue with my old unit. Victor and Feliks did great work. They took their time to accurately diagnose and repair the issue with my AC unit that has plagued me for 6 years. They explained to me what the issue was, how they diagnosed as well as how it will be repaired. My AC is now ready for summer. Yury the manager was amazing as well working with AHS to ensure that my system would be properly covered. The entire Orion HVAC team was outstanding from scheduling to arriving on time to performing the repair on my air conditioner. I called Friday night after hours, thinking I would not get anyone until sometime the next week, but Alex come out the next day. He was nothing short of amazing at how professionally he looked at the system and repaired it so quickly. It runs and feels like I just put in a new unit instead of just making a repair to my old one.
