Sal's Plumbing was very solid. Our water heater wasn't working properly so Rheem (water heater company) sent Sal's Plumbing via warranty. Sal's admin staff was very professional both on the phone and via email/text. Our technician, Anthony, was the best. Due to a faulty Rheem/manufacturer part, he got us a new unit via warranty. Of course, this requires a lot of back and forth with Rheem's customer service, but Anthony took care of it with MUCH patience. He picked up the unit from The Home Depot, delivered and installed all with a smile on his face. Good work Sal's Plumbing. I would highly recommend.

We had a pretty complex issue with our Noritz tankless recirculating pump. Jonathan at Sal's Plumbing didn't give up until it was resolved. He followed up over several days after speaking with Noritz tech support and fixed the issue. Highly recommend.

Had my sewer pipe clogged just from time and use. Called these folks Friday at noon and sent one of their best employees for the job and arrived in a few hours. Got a good price quote to also replace 2 toilets. Dominic was the plumber that came through and worked hard on a Friday night with a 5:30P.M. arrival time! The supervisor Thomas came out to my house later in the evening to help Dominic out and finished the job by 1015p.m. Thomas did recommend a "clear out" and showed me w detailed video cam of my sewage pipes 75FT. down. I was impressed with their overall patience, professionalism and hard work! Will use Sal's again in the future!

My water heater stopped working and I called Sal Plumbing they send out a technician he came on time and quoted me a price to fix the water heater or to replace it we ended up getting a tankless water heater instead of a tank because it was more efficient and made a lot of sense they got it done at the same day for a reasonable price I would use these guys again

I called Sal Plumbing and rooter, because I had both of my bathroom backing up when the technician showed up, we found out that the main line was backing up, the preformed a video inspection to find out what was the problem, the line was filled with roots the pipe was made out of clay and was damaged in a few locations Sal Plumbing offered me a liner or pipe bursting to replace the pipes and we ended up doing the pipe bursting which was a better option and cheaper, they had to dig two holes and install the new pipe from one hole to the other they cover the dirt like nothing ever happened and I have a new pipes I very happy from there work

I called Michael over at Sal plumbing for a bid on a commercial water tank replacement. Not only did he pick up the phone, he went right over to the work site and gave us the most reasonable bid we received. After talking with him over the phone, I can tell he was a good man. We went ahead and hired him. The next day, first thing in the morning, they showed up and did the job the promised to do, quickly, efficiently and with no surprises.

They gave our tenants hot water again, a huge relief. The next week I had a rooter issue at another building, again, I called Michael. He and his main man Harley showed up within an hour, did a temporary fix so the tenants can continue to use water, and then returned the next day and did a stellar job permanently fixing the main line drain, not so easy. This is a good company with great people behind it. I would highly suggest running every plumbing issue by them before making a decision on who to hire. My hunch is that like me, you'll probably hire these good men. Thanks Guys!
