We have been upstate NY'ers for almost 2 years now and anytime we have any issues with our geothermal or HVAC in general, Alpine is always there to help, professionally, with great courtesy and kindness. The entire staff we have met either via phone or in person, including Chris, Bob, Kevin, Kristan, Stephanie - all make up the great team. I recommend them highly and thank them all for their great service!

While Alpine did ask me to write a review, they did NOT tell me what to say! So this is real! With our new HVAC system installation the crew spent an entire day on our premises. When they left we were all set up and working. A supervisor was on site for a best part of the day and providing whatever the crew required in order to keep the work going. He explained our new system to us right-on-down to the size filter to buy for the future.
We are totally satisfied with the new equipment and the quality workmanship. And besides that, they were respectful of our property. how many contractors bring a vacuum for a great total clean-up as they leave!

I have been a happy customer since Alpine Air's early days and would never consider calling anyone else. They've maintained our heating and cooling systems, made repairs, replaced broken down units and installed new ones, installed a new ductless system and a new water heater. I have had my geothermal heating/cooling system installed by them, my mini split heat pump for my cellar, hooked up my water softener and I have my geothermal system maintenance done by Alpine and all have been done with exceptional work, courtesy, on time, a decent price and follow up on the work done. Very professional.

Alpine air installed an air conditioning system at my in-laws' house, and in our 1840 farmhouse, almost 3 years ago. While the system at the in-laws' works great, the inverters Alpine installed on the first floor at our house have been problematic. BUT, Alpine has been wonderful - Bob, the service manager, is responsive and a pleasure to deal with, and they have been working with us to figure out what's going on. In my opinion, Alpine Air is a great choice for your air conditioning needs.

Emergency boiler service with 7F temps overnight. Team 1 fixed that they could, team 2 tracked down parts and hunted the UPS driver, installed and tested repair ASAP. Excellent communications with me and genuine concern I had enough firewood to get through the night/day. Professional, courteous with a sense of humor and empathy. They have been my HVAC for a while and I'm always happy to see one of their team, even when it costs me.
