I cannot say enough about this company. I have used them several times even after hours to service my furnace. They have always responded very quickly after I have called them. They will tell you exactly what they are doing and what to expect once they are gone. Chuck ( Owner) Brian and Steve are all very thorough and very Proffessional. The service we received at Conrads Heating & Cooling was great. They answered the phone right away, and quickly had someone out to check out the issue. They kept our furnace running for 2 days, until they could install the new one. They were clean, efficient, and explained the situation from start to finish. We will be using them again in the spring for our A/C. Highly recommended!

The owner is amazing as well as all of the employees we met! They were able to come out on the weekends and evenings within an hour of me calling them! Extremely helpful and very reasonable in pricing. Gave us tips on how to keep the furnace running when it was breaking so our house didn't get as cold while they waited for parts to come in. Explained everything thoroughly and checked all registers and vents and went through everything with us so we knew what to look for and what to do in summer vs winter. So happy to have our new furnace for the rest of the Winter!
