ARP did an excellent job installing a new furnace and air conditioner. Our furnace had suddenly become inoperable, and ARP began installing the new equipment the next day. The installers were efficient and very professional. They took the time to explain the new systems and how to obtain the best results for heating and cooling. They also were careful to cover our wood floor and carpeting during the installation. We would recommend ARP highly and without hesitation.

We highly recommend ARP. Our service technician, Buddy, who arrived on the first day was extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing the issue with our furnace when it went out during extreme cold temperatures. He offered suggestion for how to maintain our house safely while awaiting our new furnace install. The day of the install the 5 person team that arrived was knowledgeable, friendly and very conscientious about our home. Chuck and Andy also made sure that our pre-existing steam humidifier got wired into the new furnace. Thank you to the excellent professionalism and service from the ARP team!

ARP has been servicing my furnace for 20 some years, the best HVAC firm around, when it was time to replace - Andy and the crew were there to help. Help choose the right equipment and install was fast and thorough. The crew was on time, courteous, and respective. Replaced the AC unit as well. Highly recommend ARP if you are looking for a solid heating and cooling outfit.
