Our heating system was malfunctioning while we were out of town. The customer service we received for our furnace repair was laughable, at best. The tech knocked on the door and asked where the furnace was; no introduction as to who he was or what company he was with. He did not seem knowledgeable with the repair and called his 'buddy' who works for a different company to get advice on how to fix the issue. After about 2 hours, he informed me he needed to move on with his day and didn't have time to wait around for tech support. This was a very disappointing experience, as we've used Bob's service in the past and have been satisfied. However, we will no longer be using them for our HVAC needs after this encounter.
