Our entire experience with Jay and Putman plumbing was positive. They responded quickly to the message we left, the receptionist was friendly and efficient, we didn't have to wait forever for an available time slot, we got a reminder text the day before, and then on the day of they texted us with a photo of the plumber so we'd know who the guy standing on our porch was. Their price was fair, they identified the problem quickly, solved it quickly, and didn't leave a mess behind when they were done.
We put our toddler down for his nap in the room that shares a wall with the bathroom they were working in, and they were respectful of that and kept the noise to a minimum without us even asking them to do so. We will absolutely use Putman again when we next need a plumber, and unreservedly recommend them to anyone who needs one now.

Putnam plumbing has been our go to for years. We had a major problem with our kitchen drain causing our kitchen to be unusable. Even though the diagnosis on their visit was not one we wanted to hear, we were confident in the diagnosis and plan. Scott was wonderful at explaining the problem and showing how they came to their conclusion. They were incredibly understanding and fit in our work on short notice despite them being short workers due to Covid since our kitchen sink and dishwasher were both unusable. They were professional and friendly during all transactions and their prices were completely fair. We will definitely continue to go back to Putnam for any issues in the future. Highly recommend!

I generally do not leave reviews, but Putman Plumbing went above and beyond to make sure my experience was the best it could be. Emily made the process convenient, and was as communicative as possible throughout the entire process. Jay and Justin were very professional and diagnosed the problem immediately.
