We were looking for estimates on a boiler replacement and the owner came to give us a quote on the job; he came in, looked for a few minutes, and left without a word. That quote took weeks to receive with us having to call to get it as he apparently didn't even want to do it. Extremely disrespectful, arrogant, and the complete opposite of professional. We instead had the work done by a company that did the quote and replaced the boiler in a shorter amount of time than it took to just pry the estimate from Branch Brook Fuels.

I just had another Mitsubishi ductless mini split installed in the guest room of my home. I had 3 other units already but when those were installed, I didn't think I'd really need one in that occasionally used room. Flash forward 4 years & I changed my mind! I called around to about 5 companies who were on the Mitsubishi authorized dealer list. Branch Brook was by far the most responsive company I contacted. Shannon phoned me right away after I left my voicemail & made an appointment for John to come a few days later to take a look at what I currently had & to give me an estimate for the additional unit.

Within a few days I had my estimate & was able to set up the install about 2 weeks later. The 2 guys who came to do the install were fantastic. It took a full day to install the unit & replace the branch box that I currently had which couldn't accommodate another unit. They were so quiet & efficient! I highly recommend Branch Brook & feel very grateful I found them. Every person I dealt with was so nice, professional & knowledgeable.

We have been getting oil and service from Branch Brook for some years already. We have never wanted to find a different oil supplier or service company since we discovered them. The folks at Branch Brook are ALWAYS friendly, professional, and 100% reliable. Their prices are very fair too. You never have to worry about being overcharged or paying for a repair you don't need. Recently we had an emergency situation and Branch Brook went WAY above and beyond to help us out. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

I am a big fan of Branch Brook Fuels. I had them participate in a very complex gas heating system install in 2019 (a fair bid, and outstanding installation work). They came to my rescue last December during those torrential rains. And they even serviced my relic 45-year old oil-burning furnace. They can do it all! And their staff is friendly and expertly knowledgeable. I pay my bills in person. love the 'family feel' of this business. and love that old dog in the lobby!
