Wonderful people, superb service and responsiveness and very flexible deliveries. They often deliver within a couple days and faster if your need is urgent. One of the only companies around that delivers on Saturday.

We have been using Frederick Brothers for propane since our house was built in 2019. Never an issue with timing or service. Customer service is top notch. My 85 year old mother waited to call her oil company for a fill the day before a blizzard and they wouldn't even consider an emergency delivery. I called Frederick Brothers and they came the same day to fill my mother's oil tank. The person I booked the appointment with was incredibly kind and accommodating, explained the details of the emergency service fully.
The driver called ahead to let me know when he would be there and once he arrived was also incredibly kind and helpful. He got right to work and got the mom the oil she needed ahead of the storm. Really saved us in an emergency and did it with smiles and quality customer service.

New customer and I would highly recommend Frederick Bros. I moved into a new place and needed fuel sooner than I thought! They were extremely pleasant and understanding! A very easy website to navigate and plans to pick from to set up for future deliveries. Thanks again Frederick Bros.

Frederick's was very responsive and affordable. They set up me up as a customer and delivered the same day. The operations manager picked the phone right up, he was helpful, friendly and very easy to work with. The delivery driver was very nice, professional and did a great job. I am very impressed with Frederick Bros, my only regret is I didn't switch sooner!

I have two properties on my Frederick Bros account, soon to be three, along with an upcoming heat pump estimate. I can't say enough good things about this business! They are professional, courteous, prompt, and competitively priced. I'm new to town, and I'm a customer for life!

In the painful process of building, Frederick Brothers was a breath of fresh air! I was notified by my builder around noon today(Friday mind you) that I needed to choose a propane company to set up an account with and get the tanks delivered. I called another company first to see if I could get someone out there by Monday at the latest as we are in serious crunch time to finish the house by the deadline.
The soonest they could get to my house was in 10 days (which is the date of our deadline). I declined. I then called Frederick Bros and I'm so happy I did. I dealt with Devin and he was very professional and wanted to do everything he could to get my house set up for service. He was able to get someone out to my house within hours! He was extremely prompt and stuck to his word. I felt like he went the extra mile to take care of what needed to get done in the short amount of time I needed it done. These guys are proficient and do great work. They exceed my expectations of a propane company by far!
