Three skilled gentlemen from RCM recently installed our new furnace and air conditioner. Due to several unforeseen complexities in the project, they worked from 8 am to 8 PM! These men were prompt, extremely polite, knowledgeable, and answered every question we had. They nursed our old units through the years and our decision to have them do the new machines was rewarded.

RCM heating and cooling is awesome. Christian was polite, helpful and courteous. When we needed to get a new furnace Chris ( who runs the office) called me and offered to have her guys bring us heaters because they knew my young grandkids lived with me. They came the very next morning and installed the furnace. Christian and Tony installed it and they were on time, polite, courteous and knowledgeable.
I highly recommend them. They helped us and worked with us trying to find the best solutions for us and made sure our furnace was installed immediately so that we would have our heat and so my grandkids would not be cold. It's hard in this day and age to find honest people with integrity but RCM Heating and Cooling have both and I am so grateful for them.

Christian was very professional and thorough with his inspection and explanations of our failing heating system (25+ year old furnace and a/c). He told me the news I did not want to hear, the unit needed to be replaced due to cracks in the heat exchanger (among other things). Although, after his detailed explanation of the dangers of this, I knew that it was the right thing to do. He returned within an hour with space heaters to keep our house comfortable until they could do the install of the new equipment.
These units worked so well that we actually had to turn them down in the evening when the house temperature reached 76 degrees! I then spoke with the owner Chris and she was very good about explaining to me the different options in detail. She provided me a very detailed and clear proposal promptly. The next morning, Christian, Tony, and Randy were out to do the install. They were punctual and extremely professional and informative. The system is working great, and the install is clean and professional. I would highly recommend RCM to anyone in need of HVAC service.

Chris, Christian, Randy, and the rest of the team were extremely professional and experts on everything related to HVAC. Our furnace was on its last limping leg two nights ago, I called them and they had someone out first thing in the morning. Diagnosis was not what I wanted, but what was realistic. Our old Furnace had cracks in the heat exchanger that I had no idea about that could have caused a major problem for my family.
Christian found those issues and professionally let me know the consequences of not getting it fixed. They came out later that day with space heaters for house that actually kept it too warm all night! I had to back them down to half power. Next morning the guys showed up ready to rock and did an incredible job. They were extremely informative about everything going on and subject matter experts in their craft.
The owner Chris, made the whole process of figuring out the right unit that we needed super easy. She even showed up toward the end of the day to help the guys clean up and make sure everything was working correctly. What a great company! I would highly recommend their services.
