Awesome! Communication with this company rocked the house! I did not have to sit around all day waiting for a service person to arrive! I got a call that the technician would be at my home with a 30 minute window. I was at work and asked how long the repair would be and I was given a 2-4 hour repair time frame. I requested a call when 45 minutes of repair time was left and I received a call and left work to meet the technician.
He was super knowledgeable and professional. I have to say despite the previous botch job done on my AC unit, he kept his opinions to himself. I always appreciate when a company doesn't badmouth other companies. He also didn't try to hard sell me a furnace that I know I need.
