I could not find the Heating and Air company that installed my whole-house air and furnace 8 years ago. I contacted Schwantes and had the distinct pleasure of speaking with Stacy. First of all, I had her on the phone 15 minutes, which was already 40 minutes into time AFTER the her office was closed. Stacy was patient and asked questions to help clarify my issue with the AC. She advised she would call me early in the AM the next day.with info from a Tech or possibly info about the original installer.

She did just that. I had already found the company that last serviced my system, THANKS to Stacy's advice and outstanding customer service. She went the extra nine-yards to help me even though the chance is that I would not be a current customer of Schwantes H&A. Her superior service and kindness was far beyond what is expected these days. Management/Owners, I strongly urge you to recognize and reward Stacy for her outstanding customer service, professionalism, and superior representation of the Schwantes brand. We've needed both heating and cooling help, this year, to catch up on my parent's home maintenance (which unfortunately needed to be a new furnace and an AC repair), but Schwantes has been great for us both times! Rock was our technician both times and he was *fabulous*. Prompt, efficient, thorough, considerate and professional. Plus super helpful and patient with my questions and comments. Schwantes did a great job repairing our A/C. They were able to come out the next morning right at 8am and fix it. They were professional, super nice, and quick. I was very impressed with the knowledge level of everyone at Schwantes! When my A/C didn't start this summer, a technician was able to come out the next day. He quickly was able to assess the problem and gave me the options. We determined it was best to replace it since it was 22 years old. We were able to get the replacement scheduled faster than any other company, which was greatly appreciated in the 90-degree heat! The installation was done by Pat and he was very friendly and helpful in explaining what he was doing. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done the right way!

Called because our air conditioner wasn't working, and even though a hot spell was on the way they were able to get someone out the next afternoon! Rock did an amazing job pinpointing and repairing the problem and was knowledgeable about what we should watch for with the age of our air conditioner. He was on time, was efficient, and personable! We will be calling Schwantes again in the future when we need the service again.

The service provided by Schwantes was outstanding! The replacement of our failed furnace on one of the coldest days of the year, was done in an extremely timely and well-coordinated team effort. Everyone treated us in a professional manner from diagnosing the failure of the old furnace, selecting the appropriate new unit for our home, to the expert installation of the unit. Additionally, the follow-up services in the spring for the A/C unit and final completion was performed professionally as well.
