I called to verify the part was correct for the application and the sales staff was very helpful. I then ordered the part overnight expecting to see it in a couple days. Sure enough it was there by the next morning. This is amazing considering I live in the middle of nowhere in West Texas and they are based in the Detroit area. Excellent service. Needed a replacement filter and filter door for my A/C head unit / air exchanger. At first I made the mistake of ordering from a cheaper supplier, whose website said all parts were in stock. They took my money but after weeks couldn't tell me when backordered parts would be available or why in stock parts hadn't shipped. Instead I called Technical Hot & Cold and was answered by someone who confirmed the number of units in stock and compatibility. Ordered that day online, shipped the same day and was delivered within the timeframe for ground shipping. Fantastic service, I would be using you again but hopefully I won't need to!

I simply purchased a part for a Carrier split unit. I was impressed with the packaging. A wooden frame protected the large plastic access door and it arrived in perfect shape. Shipping via ground was a little slow, but I didn't need it in a hurry. It arrived on time and undamaged.
