Our technician was Jeremy M. and he was courteous and prompt. He entered our home with booties covering his shoes and then proceeded to check the Trane thermostat before going outside and performing the warranty-covered service. He was very thorough and I feel he took the time to do the job above the customary servicing. I felt that he took pride in doing the job he performed and his work ethic was evident.

Our technician, Jeremy, was very knowledgeable on our system. He had it diagnosed and repaired in less than 2 hours-that's even including wait time for the part to be picked up and delivered as it was a part not currently in stock on his truck. Stout is a great company we have used in the past and will continue to use for all of our heat and ac needs.

Stout Heating and Air came out to rescue me after our aging heat pump limped through a heat wave. Chad came out to our home and he was professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic. He got our system running again and scheduled a future appointment for a system update as soon as possible.
