I only left the rating, no review earlier, because I wanted to just forget this whole nightmare. ADJ just responded saying they want to make things better, which is laughable at this point. Unfortunately, I've already spent over several emails and phone calls with ADJ talking about the issue and hearing all sorts of lies and cover-ups, so I'm pretty done trying to sort this out. The response is a lie.
They're not trying to make it "right". They already know what the issue is. We've discussed it ad nauseum. They're trying to make a one-star review look better. I will post a more comprehensive review in a bit when I'm not on my phone, since ADJ wants to make this a public affair. I don't want to do business with you anymore, please respect that.

A few weeks ago my sister car got hit by one of the vans of this Company. I call the police because I have a video of the incident. In the video clearly I can see a ADJ van hitting my sisters car, I contacted the police and they call ADJ of Stamford. ADJ lie saying that none of their vans had been damage. I email them and call and I had no response. As a good citizen they should take responsibility for what they did.
My sister is a mom of two, works minimum wage and can't afford to pay for her car to be fixed. We call our insurance but they want to raise our payment. It is not our fault that ADJ's van hit the car. I want nothing else that the car to be fix. I for sure I will not recommend their services.

It was completed by a great crew of technicians in an efficient and professional manner. It was a pleasure to work with Joe. We moved from Manhattan and were referred to ADJ by the prior owners of our new home. All but 1 of the 4 HVAC systems in the home were original units from 95, and Joe was able to guide us and provide fair pricing on the install of new units. He also coordinated to have Billy and his team do the install on the unit above my son's bedroom within a short timeframe before we moved into the home. Honest, responsive, and experienced professionals. We will recommend ADJ.

We moved into a new house that had a 17 year old unit that was not working efficiently. The previous owners had recommended ADJ so we called them first to get diagnostics and see how we could fix our extremely warm house. It was a hot summer so they weren't able to come right away because their schedule was so busy, but it was worth the wait. Not only did they install a new unit-they helped us maximize our efficiency, improve circulation by recalculating the actual sq ftage and BTUs needed, and prioritize the cooling in our frequently-used family room. Fair price, professional and top-notch!

Started using ADJ for maintenance of my A/C and heating unit. Technician Mitch was on time, courteous and answered the many questions I had. He made adjustment to make sure system worked more efficiently and I felt that he really cared about doing a good job. I am very pleased with the experience. Betty at the office, has also been a pleasure to work with.
