Not the greatest experience. I, the customer had to show them how they had the Trane Symbio unit they installed wired incorrectly. Incredibly, the initial response was "I dont care what the wiring diagram says, I have installed many of these systems"! Until we all met with the Trane engineer and found out otherwise. Good luck with these folks

I am so disappointed. I scheduled a visit for a quote for electrical work. The tech came and was professional and everything went well and 3 weeks came and went and I still have not gotten my quote. I even called again to see where my quote is. What a waste of time.

We hired Sylvester Cockrum to complete a major update to our building HVAC system. They replaced two 80 ton systems from the 1960's with two new Daikan 120 ton package units. The communication, profesioninalsm, and quality of work through out the project was excellent. The project was completed on budget and much quicker then I expected.
