We had our furnace replaced, and unfortunately the installation process didn't go as planned. Our AC wasn't restored to it's original working condition, after reaching out to the company they were very kind and sent Joe S to assess the situation. He told us he'd have to order parts and apologized countless times, and informed us he would personally ensure the situation would be handled. One of my thermostats had quit working, and changing the batteries and checking the breakers did not solve the problem. Peter C. came out the same day to check on it and, to my embarrassment--and relief--found there was corrosion from the batteries I'd replaced last night. There wasn't a lot, and I'd not noticed it when I removed the old ones. He quickly cleaned off the place where they sit in the thermostat, and sure enough, it worked!

I already had been quoted the dispatch fee and minimum repair fee, and expected to pay that; but on his own, he called the office and they and he did not even charge me! I was so relieved it wasn't a wiring problem, I would have paid even just the minimum quoted, but the company refused despite him making a trip out! THAT is what I call good, neighborly, old-fashioned GREAT service that you don't see much of these days!

Thorough, courteous, responsive pride in workmanship. The Fort Collins Heating & Air process is excellent. I had units installed at three properties this year. First comes the bid process with a very qualified estimator, then the installation appointment with a technician who knows the ropes, then a third appointment with a quality assurance technician who spends ample time double checking the installation. FCH&A arranges for the city inspector to arrive with the quality assurance tech, and files all warranty and rebate paperwork. High marks for customer service.

The repair person was courteous and found the cause of the leak. It was minor so we decided not to replace our faucet. The charge would be over $600 Ouch! We already paid $200 for the new faucet and $205 for him to walk in the door and diagnose the problem. We are out $205 for really nothing. So if you can afford their prices they are a reliable and courteous company.

David Woodlee came to my home on a Saturday to install our humidifier. He was on time and did a very clean and professional job. He gave me a great detailed description of how the system works. He was fantastic! I recommend using this company!

We had the worst experience at 4 AM this morning, we woke up to a burst pipe. Once we got the water turned off and control of the situation, I started to google plumbing companies. Fort Collins heating and air had good reviews. As soon as they opened that morning I called them and told them of my needs. They had Zack Lewis at my house in about an hour to look at the repair job. He was prompt, thorough and very professional.

He immediately found the problem, went out and got the parts he needed, came right back made the repair and then checked and waited to make sure there were no more leak issues. He answered all my questions, and left me feeling like I could sleep tonight and not worry about any more burst pipes in my house. What I was charged for that service was incredibly reasonable and made a horrible situation bearable. I've been recommending to everyone to go with this company for their plumbing needs.
