Reece and Lucas showed up on time, did a walk through and worked efficiently and professionally to get the multitude of ducts cleaned and sanitized in our 3000 plus square foot home. They took before and after photos, taking the time to explain things we can do to improve the air quality of our home. I was very impressed with these two gentlemen. Communication was super clear. Multiple texts and emails were sent a few days leading up with reminders of the appointment time and directions to make everything go smooth. When the tech was on their way, I got a link to track the location to know exactly when they would arrive, which was really great. Technician was nice and easy to talk to. Capitol Duct Cleaning was able to come out same day and clean the dryer vent of our newly purchased home. Brett, the technician, did a thorough job cleaning out the ducting and then went the extra mile to troubleshoot why the dryer was not pumping out much air through the clean duct. He even inspected our crawl space! I highly recommend Capitol, and especially Brett! I would use them again! And I will!

I had initially scheduled a duct cleaning for my new home, but when they went in with the camera it was discovered that I had a few ducts that needed replacement.
