Comfort Energy installed a new furnace for me in November 2018. It was supposed to be more efficient (at 86%) than what it replaced. I also redid my insulation. However, energy usage has increased. Each year, they come for an inspection. I reported the problem each year and was told that I would be contacted by the office. Every year, no one ever contacted me. I was ignored. When the asked me to pay for new annual inspections, I mentioned this and was finally contacted by a manager.
That was in early May. He asked me to provide a spreadsheet with the usage for the 4 months for the last year you had the old furnace and the subsequent period since replacement. At great effort, I did that. He told me sent the information to his counterpart at his suppliers. Despite my repeated follow-ups, nothing has been done and the issue is still being ignored. Using Comfort Energy was a very costly mistake.

What a fantastic company! Eric, our Sales Manager, worked and discussed with us regarding our needs. Then the following day, Oscar and Alehandro started the work. They were very courteous and knowledgable and most of all.take a lot of Pride in their work. By 4pm, they double and triple checked their work and we were sitting in a nice cool house. Can't say enough about this team! Bravo!

AC went out. C.E. was quick to come out and quickly diagnose the issue. Their tech Eddie was very helpful. Even taught me home care treatments I can do to get the most out of my units. Satisfied with their business so I signed up for annual care. Definitely recommend!

I just wanted to take the time to review this company for the excellent customer service and work we received. First our sales man Eric was extremely knowledgeable on the product along with the budget we had. He got us set up with a package unit that was right up our alley with our needs and our price bracket. Next the customer care manager, Pat, came and was quick and thorough when checking out the job site of any concerns before the team proceeded.
Then came time for the installation. The crew consisted of Alexander and Oscar whom were not only friendly, but eager to get the job done efficiently. The best part was we were on a massive time sensitive project with our roof being done and this company worked with us extraordinarily to get the job done! We cannot thank these men enough for the great job they did and the accommodations they met. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family because they are definitely true to their mission! Thank you Consumer Energy!

I had used Comfort Energy for my AC Freon in the past. I had a very good experience with them. They are reliable & the service gentleman, Ralph was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A couple days ago, I called Comfort Energy to request for air duct cleaning service. The service gentleman, Jimmy Santana came today. He knocked the door. His uniform was clean & neat. He was very polite, friendly and thorough with his work.
He took his time to clean the air duct and was very careful on moving the ladder around the house. I am extremely happy with Jimmy. I have a 3-story house. Jimmy climbed back and forth and it was quite tiring. However, he still patiently and nicely answer any questions if asked. I would highly recommend Jimmy for any air duct cleaning. Thanks Jimmy for the great work. You are incredible!
