My AC hasn't been working very well in the past several weeks, I rarely use it but now that the temperature is in the high 90's to 100's I've been turning it on. I contacted Cold Craft and spoke to Susan who said she, they're booked solid and would see if she could send someone out in a day or two. I shared with her I work from home; very little cool air was coming through the vents and it was 95 degrees that day.

I purchased my home 15 years ago and use the same AC unit it came with. She contacted me a few hours later to let me know someone would be stopping by on his way home to check my AC. I anticipated being told I needed to replace the entire AC unit, however, after Kent checked the vents in my home and the AC unit outside, he informed me my air conditioning unit was "running like a champ" and turns out I needed to replace my air filters which cost less than $20.00.

With all that's going on in the world today, I'm grateful for this company's honesty and cared enough to squeeze me with an existing backlogged schedule! I highly recommend Cold Craft!

We had a technician come out to fix our A/C unit who was incredibly rude and bullying. On multiple occasions, he told my partner and me to stop talking. He was contacted through our HOA but if ever we need A/C service, I am going to request to go elsewhere. I'm not sure how the other technicians are at Cold Craft, but the one that came to service our unit was very rude and snippy. No way to treat/talk to a customer. I would not recommend a company that hires technicians like him.
