Woke up to a cold house and a furnace not working. Called these guys around 8am and I was up and running by 11am. Best part was they didn't try and sell me things i didn't need as they fixed me up with just a good cleaning. Professional, friendly and great to deal with. Highly recommend. Thank goodness for honest people. I dealt with Jeff. With my husband being away and having no idea how diagnose or deal with having g a water heater replaced, Jeff was honest, kind, and made himself available to assist. Now, since it was the weekend, my husband did some long distance shinnanigans and had someone else come replace our unit. But, I will definitely do business with this company in the future.
I was was just so impressed with the heartfelt concern and willingness to put my mind at ease. 10 STARS.if I could. UPDATE:.The other company my husband hired was unable to install the proper unit for three additional days. I called Jeff back and he was at my house, with a competitive price, and I will have hot water today. I just can't recommend them enough.
