They recently installed a new furnace in my house, I was a little apprehensive about it because my old one was 120 btus and the new one was only 90 btus, they explained that my old system was oversized for my house, and could have been why it only lasted 15years. I have to say there has been no trouble keeping warm in these super cold temperatures we have had, and my gas bills even have been slightly lower than this time last year. thank you fire and ice for making me a happy customer!
