Terrible service i was a potential new business customer looking for a brand new unit with installation. The service guy was 30 minutes late, never called me. I called the business and stated where is your guy at and the lady tells me he's been out to the residence when i been in my car at the residence the whole time, and on top of that stated they called me twice which never received. Terrible i'll be going to Home Depot or Lowes.

Quickly set up to have my Rheem ductless system installed. The crew that came was very courteous and efficient. They worked hard to get the units in. I am so happy I called them to do the job. To make a long story short they came and fixed my heat and installed my thermostat after a few failed attempts by others. He was fast, friendly, on time, and did not try to rip me off like others try to do when you're a single woman and don't know anything about HVAC. Will be calling them again if I have any issues.
