Recently, I was in the market for a new AC System and I can't say enough good things about the knowledge, quality of service, follow up and concierge support afforded by Quality Heating and Cooling. Thanks so much Jim, Dawn, Jen, Erica, Jim, Nick I feel the process is educational, straightforward, customized, not high pressure and very reasonable. I am also impressed with the text system showing you a picture AND a resume of Certifications, of who is coming to your home to do the work.

Had to replace the air conditioner at our home which was the original system. We also decided to replace the furnace at the same time. Quentin did the estimate. Very professional and knowledgeable/friendly. We were scheduled the next week for installation. Scott, Nick and Sam came on the day promised. Did a fantastic job. Very professional/took care of our property removing old furnace. Very knowledgeable and didn't leave until job was done. Will get service plan to ensure quality service in future. Would recommend them to handle all HVAC needs. Very happy with purchase. Noticed immediate difference with new system.

Using Quality Heating and Cooling was a great experience and helped me on many different fronts with my furnaces. Jim F was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough while performing maintenance on my two furnaces. He provided details and showed pictures of my systems during maintenance and offered several options for addressing potential issues which I will most likely pursue as my systems are old.
The pricing was very cost effective and the yearly maintenance plans were as well (I plan on taking advantage of the annual maintenance plans). I throughly research companies before I use them and I am so glad I made this decision to use Quality Heating and Cooling. A+ job, customer communications, and price.

We were very impressed with Fred and Colin who installed our new furnace and air conditioner. They showed up on time and worked late to insure a complete installation the same day. Fred walked us through the new thermostat and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. We would wholeheartedly recommend Quality Heating and Cooling to anyone looking to replace their old equipment.

Outstanding experience. Technicians Fred and Collin arrived on time and took great care to keep the to keep the house clean as they took out our old system and installed the new one. When the installation was complete, Fred took his time to review usage of the new thermostat and answer any questions. Quality Heating & Cooling came highly recommended and they delivered!
