I was very pleased with the work that Ray and Mike did on the installation of our new furnace and air conditioning. They arrived on time and did a very professional job and answered any questions I had. When they had completed the installation they cleaned up everything and walked me through the entire system. I would highly recommend Blind & Sons for any HVAC work. Also Jordan the representative that assessed our house and gave us different replacement options was excellent as well. AA+

Daniel is the service person sent out to fix my AC system which did not turn on this year. I have to say that he represented Blind & Sons very well. His professional attitude and skilled troubleshooting capability came in handy. He was able to fix all three problems in a reasonable amount of time. He double-checked his work, cleaned up the area and kept me informed each step of the way. I would recommend Daniel and Blind & Sons to others.

Our technician Chuck was amazing he was very efficient and very thorough. He gave us a lot of information that was very helpful he also was personable and made it seem like he was our friend. When he was done he cleaned up his mess very neatly and made things look good again. He also was mindful of the fact that I have a son that plays baseball and shared some of his stepson's experience in baseball as well. Overall Chuck was amazing and I would recommend him along with this business to anyone.

Their technician, Ben, was great! Even though my water heater was beyond repair, since I didn't have the funds for a new tank, he did his best to do what he could to "patch fix" it to get me to the end of the month when I could get a new one. His advice to me regarding the entire situation was sound and fair, and I appreciated that he did what he could to help versus just throwing his hands up and leaving when I said I couldn't afford the new tank. Blind & Son also services my HVAC and they've consistently provided me with top rate service in that area, and their technicians are extremely kind and professional.

Ethan was wonderful. Arrived on time. Very professional. Came to do a yearly maintenance check on my furnace. Found a cracked heat exchanger. So thankful it was discovered. Had to shut the heat off. Got me scheduled for the following day for a quote. Would definitely recommend this company Services: HVAC system maintenance, Heating system installation

Our service technicians were very professional, courteous, thorough, and very knowledgeable in communicating the process as they performed it. They always are. Unfortunately the company which we have used for years now failed to inform us that a financial company that they set us up with is no longer accepted by them, since March of 2021. Having to pay out of pocket has negatively impacted our budget plans. We will have to revisit our choice of maintaining our service plan with them.
