I've been using Watkins for almost 5 years. Josh has always done my system maintenance in the spring and fall. He does a great job at answering my concerns about my old heating/AC system and gave me several options that met my needs and my budget. When the time came for me to replace it they had an installation crew here in less than a week. Eric and his crew worked Non-Stop and completed the job in less time than I had been told.
They cleaned up all evidence of their visit and Eric explained everything they had done, answered any questions I had and they were on their way. Everyone I've dealt with at Watkins has been professional, reliable, considerate, and knowledgeable. I refer people to them whenever I can!

Watkins Heating & Colling is a class act. I purchased and had installed a new furnace and a/c system. I was well informed by my sales person, and my Installer Matt (with his helper). The installation had a few bumps but it was nothing Matt couldn't handle. Both installers were very polite, and kept me informed along the way. They did a great job. Excellent Company.
