I hired C&C to install a hybrid water heater and remove my indirect water heater because I wanted my oil system gone. The techs were excellent and professional and answered every question I had. They even explained why they couldn't legally set my water temp at the same temp as my old one due to codes being 130° max allowance. My old tank gave me 160° water, which is extremely dangerous.

I have a different company removing my old systems but they refused to disconnect the boiler from the piping system. So I asked C&C if they could disconnect my boiler for me at no charge, because I already paid for the water heater. I was politely told that I'd have to pay for any additional work due to it not being part of the water heater install, which is accurate. I feel as though the company I hired to remove my boiler is responsible for disconnecting the boiler and not C&C who installed the water heater.

I should have realized that extra work means an extra charge, even though I've paid for other projects, those werent apart of this project. C&C has been nothing but honest and fair from day one! I highly recommend this company!

Unprofessional and dishonest. Called regarding frozen pipes and was told this was a problem they could address. Kris, the owner came out and quickly said it wasn't something he could resolve. Kris stated because there was a miscommunication in services offered, the bill would be waived. I was billed anyway. Kris took two weeks to return a call regarding this. In this call he was rude, insulting, and couldn't reasonably acknowledge billing when it was said that it would be waived. He further couldn't explain why an appointment was made knowing it wasn't a service they offered.
