Critical: Quality I had a heat pump and duct vents put in. It will not cool the upstairs of my house. They told me I needed better insulation so I had the house spray foamed. And that did no help anything. So it's like 90 upstairs. The unit doesn't even cool the downstairs very well. Services: HVAC duct & vent installation, Install thermostat, Heating system installation

We highly recommend this family owned and operated business. Gary was very easy to talk to and had the knowledge and experience to recommend the perfect solution to our 120 year old home. The craftsmanship and taste of this contractor should not be understated. The equipment was installed with function and aesthetics as the primary focus and the results are nothing short of perfect. We were so impressed with the care Affordable Air took with our home. Everyday following work done in the house there was virtually no evidence of dust, debris or packaging garbage. These people r wonderful! Johnny on the spot! I called for a unit to be checked and within 20-30 mins the tec was on site! They always do the job correctly the 1st time! Thanks for all the hard work from the men that check & fix, the installers and the lady on the phone when I call!

Hired them to install a mini split in new home addition. They installed it in the wrong spot while we were not home, even though it was clearly marked. No courtesy call to make sure it was going where we wanted before drilling 8 inch hole in our dry wall And after multiple phone calls to the manager, they would only fix it if WE paid them an additional $1,800. Poor customer service, extremely poor communication skills. Ruined the plan for our entire addition.
