I don't often write reviews, but the outstanding service this week by Advanced Energy warrants 5+ stars. We found ourselves in a predicament and needed a delivery as soon as possible, with a huge storm on the way. The morning of the delivery, we had easily 18in of snow, and our delivery man absolutely hauled through the snow to get to us. We hadn't even had time to clear a path for him and he still made it happen. So grateful that people like this still exist in the world, he went above and beyond. Highly recommend, fantastic customer service. Thank you!

Thieves, bias, scam artist, they need to be reported. You cannot lie and scam people because you have government contracts, wait, hmmm. They do one thing and write another. What's in the dark will come to light. Anyways, the truth will come out and God is not sleeping. You act one way with suburban folks and then treat everyone else like dogs, don't worry keep it up. This shall pass and we shall keep moving forward. We have to stop hate from spreading. God have mercy on us all.

The worst customer service experience of my life. Advanced Energy charged me for services I did not authorize. They did not ask my permission to perform the services or to charge my card for those services. I thought this was just a misunderstanding and had an initial call with a customer service rep who apologized and let me know she would mail me a check the following day. A week later, I had not received the check and called back to check in.

I was told that they would not be able to refund the amount. The customer services reps I spoke with were professional and apologetic, but ultimately when I spoke to the owner he was a condescending, sexist, jerk and it was clear that the customer service reps were just following his misleading and borderline illegal policies. If you are considering Advanced Energy, I highly recommend considering another company that won't charge you $800 for services you never asked for or approved without notifying you or getting your signature.

Called them on a busy cold-snap morning, and they were able to get to me that afternoon--very significant, as I am not in their primary customer area. Problem was diagnosed promptly and the problem elements cleaned and re-installed. Reasonable fee. Definitely, my go-to guys for HVAC.
