HVAC Install Done in October 2016. They did a really awesome job! I just now realized I never reviewed them on Google for all the work they did. They did a full replacement of my Heating Furnace and Air Condition Compressor. Since this was a big job I got 4 quotes back then. They were the 2nd cheapest, but impressed me the most. The owner (Vince) showed up to do the quote, who was pretty personable and very knowledgeable!
Plus they offered a multiple year labor warranty when others only offered 1 year. The only issue I have had since was the thermostat they installed wasn't working right after about a year and a half later, so they lived up to the warranty and replaced it for free! They are really great. I will surely only use them for all my HVAC services.

Tl/dr: Very professional and friendly local operation that provided unexpectedly quick service and quality installation of a new A/C system. We called Pipco and they quickly sent someone over and gave us a diagnosis. We already knew our A/C was nearing the end of its life, so we elected to get it replaced. Vince came by to assess and estimate the work and gave us several options to choose from. They were able to get the job done faster than scheduled and the installation crew were very friendly. They made some modifications to the way the vents were routed and dramatically improved the air flows coming out of the registers. We highly recommend their service.

The whole process was great from beginning to end. The system works wonderful, I swore I would not get another heat pump but after going over all my options with Vince, I went with the RheemEcoNet high efficiency Heat pump and I'm glad I did. The air is actually warm coming out of the ducts and the temp in the house is always even, never fluctuates from the setting on the thermostat. The men that installed were efficient and very neet. Just to add, my system was not an easy install, was in my attic with low headroom. This was a great experience! George
