From the time they arrived to the time they left it was exactly 32 minutes. Two new parts were needed to complete the job. The MSRP for these two parts combined are $27.99. I was invoiced $112.38 for materials and 1 1/2 hours of work at a rate of $169.50 per hour. Total invoice is $366.63. This job should have been sub $150. I've called the office several times, always sent to VM and never a return call. Find another company!

Knott MechAnical replaced a fire hydrant which is now leaking and they ran a pipe underground which we found is not connected to anything. The work was done months ago and paid for. They will not take our calls and thus far they have refused to come out here to look at their work and correct their mistakes. Worst company I have ever dealt with!

The worst ever! They kept telling me they'll be out and I put work order in 4 days ago and people are in the freezing store without heater working. If they told me they won't be able to get out, I would've called some other companies, but they kept telling me they would get out and call me back which they never did. I had to constantly call to follow up. 4 days after I put it work order and following up, they told me to call someone else. THE WORST EVER!
