Had the company come out for a system inspection. There was a very minor error that occurred about a week later they was determined to be induced during inspection. The company sent someone back out right away to correct the issue and there have been no issues since. Super responsive and great customer service. Highly recommend!

I HIGHLY recommend Scott Walker Heating & Air. From the first phone call through installation they were outstanding. John/Technician came out the same day that I called and was extremely knowledgeable, thorough & professional. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful. Scott/Owner even called me to discuss my options which added a personal touch that you rarely see with companies nowadays. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

We received a txt message before our technician's showed up, telling us who would be arriving and that they were on their way. John and Austin were both incredibly professional and polite, and took the time to listen and help find and solve our problem with our mini-split system. They explained what they were doing, and were very thorough. We would absolutely use this company again, and highly recommend these 2 technicians.

Watch out. They sent two techs out to my house this week for an estimate on hvac install. Spent 15 minutes and quoted 8,000 for a small 1400 square foot ranch. I was at work so it was my wife that they dealt with. Paid 5700 yesterday for another company that was happy to have the work.
