Found an amazing company with John Heating and Cooling! Customer service taken to another level with expertise like I never imagined. Needed expert help on my SubZero and blown away at the extent of this gentleman's kindness, helpfulness, knowledge and just overall professional expertise. He not only returned my call quickly, but did everything he could do for me to identify the problem before I spent any money.

Mind blowing phone call for myself! Sure wish I could find other contractors like this. Huge kudos from a hard to impress homeowner/business owner/flood insurance adjuster. Do yourself a favor and save yourself unnecessary headaches. Reach out to John and let him prove this review is SPOT ON. John you surprised the heck out of this ole' fella!!! Sorry, I have your number now. You definitely get my business!

Excellent Service! John found a broken wire in my Refrigerator cabinet. My GE Refrigerator is only 14 months old! GE told me that the wire couldnt be replaced and I would have to purchase a new GE Refrigerator. I didnt purchase the top of the line model with all the bells and whistles. John was able to find a spare wire for a option that did not come on my model and use it to get my ice working. I was very lucky to find John in Fayetteville and his knowledge of Refrigerators saved my day, Thank you John

It was so nice to find someone to actually repair appliances! After exhausting YouTube for videos to help me do-it-yourself, I found John Heating & Cooling and Appliance Repair on Google. John was able to come by the next morning to see if our gas range and side-by-side refrigerator could be fixed. He was on-time, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how the appliances were supposed to work (gas flow in the range and how to use the air-balance controls in the side-by-side) and then he repaired them in just a couple of hours. The cost was a fraction of what it would have taken to replace the appliances. It's great to have these appliances functional again. A true professional!
