I called Johns Heating, Cooling, and Appliance Repair due to an issue with a refrigerated vending machine. John went above and beyond to assist me in determining what the problem was. Needed expert help on my SubZero and blown away at the extent of this gentleman's kindness, helpfulness, knowledge and just overall professional expertise. He not only returned my call quickly, but did everything he could do for me to identify the problem before I spent any money. Mind blowing phone call for myself! Excellent Service! John found a broken wire in my Refrigerator cabinet. My GE Refrigerator is only 14 months old! GE told me that the wire couldn’t be replaced and I would have to purchase a new GE Refrigerator. I didn’t purchase the top of the line model with all the bells and whistles. John was able to find a spare wire for a option that did not come on my model and use it to get my ice working. I was very lucky to find John in Fayetteville and his knowledge of Refrigerators saved my day, Thank you John

Excellent Service! I was looking for someone in Peachtree City Ga to work on my old Refrigerator. John was able to get my 25 year old Maytag Refrigerator working again. He found the parts that was no longer available from his stock of parts and saved me from purchasing a new Refrigerator for my garage. I would highly recommend him and will use him for all my appliance repairs in the future.

John came to my house on New Year's Eve to inspect my LG Refrigerator, Frigidaire Stove, and GE Microwave. It My house was flooded due to water pipe freezing and water soaked my appliances. John was professional, on time, and very friendly. I was very comfortable with him and confident in his knowledge about appliances. He was very easy to talk to. Best service I have ever experienced! John was very busy and didn't have time to come to my house in Union City. He was driving to another call and talked to me for 30 minutes and told me what to check and what to try next. He was able to come the next day which was Christmas eve and he had the parts that I needed and was able to get my Goodman heat pump working. Thanks John. I will use him again and recommend him to anyone who needs help getting there air conditioning repaired

It was so nice to find someone to actually repair appliances! After exhausting YouTube for videos to help me do-it-yourself, I found John Heating & Cooling and Appliance Repair on Google. John was able to come by the next morning to see if our gas range and side-by-side refrigerator could be fixed. He was on-time, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how the appliances were supposed to work (gas flow in the range and how to use the air-balance controls in the side-by-side) and then he repaired them in just a couple of hours. The cost was a fraction of what it would have taken to replace the appliances. It's great to have these appliances functional again. A true professional!
